Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through building strong relationships with customers and promoting our premium eyewear products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Meet sales targets by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
  • Customer Experience: Provide an exceptional customer experience by making a connection, paying attention to detail, and offering a personalized and unique shopping experience.
  • Store Environment: Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
  • Appearance and Organization: Take pride in the appearance of the store and maintain displays and inventory in a clean, attractive, and organized manner.
  • Inclusive Culture: Treat customers and colleagues with respect and help foster an inclusive culture.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Technology: Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy
  • Sales Skills: Self-accountability for sales results through the use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals
  • Communication: Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
