Job Title: Construction Site Foreman/Woman

Mainline Construction (2014) Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Foreman/Woman to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Foreman/Woman to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating work activities, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and supervising workers and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise workers and projects
  • Train or arrange for training
Work Environment:

The Construction Site Foreman/Woman will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people, including heavy equipment operators and labourers. The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors in dusty conditions and handle heavy loads.

Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
  • Driver's abstract
  • Steel-toed safety boots
