Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising clients on EHS&S processes, systems, and tools. This role requires a client-facing professional who can effectively lead client-specific requirements gathering and process management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on EHS&S processes, systems, and tools to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Collect and analyze client-specific requirements for applicable EHS&S applications.
  • Coordinate and direct client demonstrations to showcase client-specific EHS&S solutions and tools.
  • Prepare comprehensive and competitive RFPs tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement EHS&S strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in EHS&S consulting or a related field.

  • Proven experience in advising clients on EHS&S processes, systems, and tools.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to collect and understand client requirements.
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Experience in preparing and managing RFPs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
