Job Description

Rapid Ground Xpress is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, responding to messages, and addressing customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, process incoming requisitions, and prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
  • Warehouse Operations: Clean and maintain the warehouse, store items in a safe and organized manner, and receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials.
  • Training and Development: Will train on the job to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Permanent position with 35 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
