About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Cashier Associate to join our team at Precise Beauty Bay. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and processing transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering their queries, and resolving any issues they may have
  • Process payments, including cash, cheques, and credit/debit card payments
  • Scan items, calculate totals, and receive payment from customers
  • Reconcile daily/shift payments received with total sales
  • Suggestive selling to increase sales and enhance customer experience
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent communication skills. As a Customer Service and Cashier Associate, you will work in a team-oriented setting, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on location and industry standards. This figure is subject to change and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
