Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Supervisor to join our team at Supplement King. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our stockroom and ensuring that our inventory is accurately managed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of stockroom staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Assign Sales Workers: Coordinate the assignment of sales workers to duties, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.
  • Hire and Train: Recruit, train, and develop the skills of new staff members, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our stockroom is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Organize Inventory: Oversee the organization and maintenance of our inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a stockroom or inventory management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
