Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, rotate inventory, and ensure that products are facing forward and at eye level.
  • Loss Prevention: Monitor store entrances and exits, and report any suspicious activity to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
