Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
- Manage external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
- Offer community information and support marketing and sales efforts
- Monitor the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness
- Perform general administrative duties
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proven experience in customer service with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
