We are seeking an experienced RPN to join our team as a leader in our caregiving staff.

Job Requirements

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our personal care staff in the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. You will develop, implement, review, and evaluate resident care plans, ensuring that each individual receives the care they need to thrive.

  • Lead a team of personal care staff in delivering high-quality care
  • Develop, implement, review, and evaluate resident care plans
  • Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with established standards and policies

To be successful in this role, you must possess current registration with the provincial College of Nurses, compassion, professionalism, and respect. You should also be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
