Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AR Analyst to join our team at Regency Integrated Health Services. As an AR Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate billing and payment processing for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage Medicaid claims in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the CBO AR Manager to resolve claims rejections and denials, and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
  • Perform daily follow-up on MCO and MCD held claims, and document all interactions with payers.
  • Reconcile cash monthly for MCO and Medicaid payers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all payments.
  • Review and analyze patient accounts to identify and resolve billing discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices, and implement changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Business Office Manager and other team members to achieve revenue cycle goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 2 years minimum Medicaid skilled nursing billing experience.
  • Ability to work well with others as a team and have strong customer service and communication skills.
  • High School diploma required; Associates Degree preferred.
  • Point Click Care Software experience preferred.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The corporate billing office is located in Victoria, Texas, with the potential for a hybrid remote schedule.
