Inventory Management Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Redline Heavy Truck Parts & Repair Ltd. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 35 hours per week.
