Job Summary

iLoad Trucking Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Truck Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of our transportation team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our transportation team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop our team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to handle the demands of the job.
  • Coordinate and Schedule activities, including the planning and execution of transportation routes, schedules, and logistics.
  • Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Rentals of vehicles and equipment, and ensure that all necessary maintenance is performed in a timely manner.
  • Procure and Manage materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to support our operations.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent position, offering a stable and secure career path for the right candidate.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule and opportunities for overtime as needed.
