Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization
  • Evaluate and improve existing recruitment processes to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to students and faculty members to promote our organization
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement recruitment campaigns
  • Manage and maintain relationships with students, faculty members, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
