The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with 37.5 hours of work per week. We are looking for someone who can design and implement scalable solutions to automate security operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, and Bash scripting.

The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of security tools such as Firewalls, IPS/IDS, SIEM, EDR, XDR, etc. They should be able to communicate complex technical issues effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of supporting SOAR platforms, knowledge of software development best practices, and experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven expertise in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, and Bash scripting
  • Strong understanding of security tools such as Firewalls, IPS/IDS, SIEM, EDR, XDR, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to investigate, troubleshoot, and remediate technical issues
  • Knowledge of software development best practices and experience with CI/CD tools
  • Experience working with public and private cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift
