Housekeeping Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Dusting and Vacuuming: Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a dust-free and well-maintained space.
  • Bed Making and Linen Management: Make beds and change sheets to provide a clean and comfortable sleeping environment.
  • Personal Care Items: Distribute clean towels and toiletries to meet guests' needs.
  • Stock and Maintain Linens: Stock the linen closet to ensure a sufficient supply of clean linens.
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Laundry Services: Launder clothing and household linens to provide clean and hygienic items.

Additional Responsibilities:

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
