We are seeking a reliable and efficient Kitchen Assistant to join our team at 9146-6573 Québec inc. in a permanent position.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
  • Operate dishwashers and wash dishes, glassware, and flatware by hand, ensuring they are sparkling clean and sanitized.
  • Portion and wrap food items, prepare and heat simple food items, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit for preparation and cooking.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate should be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
