Cleaning Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team at Desai Maintenance Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to identify any areas that require improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Flexibility and reliability are essential for this role.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
