We are seeking a detail-oriented Hotel Attendant to join our team at Grail Springs Wellness Retreat. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, public areas, and amenities. This includes sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, as well as dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture, and making beds and changing sheets.

You will also be responsible for distributing clean towels and toiletries, stocking linen closets, cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, handling lost and found items, attending to guests' requests, providing basic information on facilities, picking up debris, and emptying trash containers.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public areas, and amenities
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture, and make beds and change sheets
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Handle lost and found items, attend to guests' requests, and provide basic information on facilities
• Pick up debris, empty trash containers, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The estimated salary for this position is between $30,000-$40,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
