Job Title: Front Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Store Manager to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart. As a Front Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that the store operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall performance of the Front Store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Implement and maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and store appearance.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock.
  • Monitor and control expenses, including labor and inventory costs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and sales performance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and customer service goals.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
