Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Burger Baron. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
- Manage the requisition of food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate ordering and inventory management.
- Maintain high-quality food and service standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
- Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient workflow.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant training or certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality control.

- Standing for extended periods and physically demanding tasks, requiring a high level of energy and stamina.
