Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure efficient merchandise flow.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping environment, resolve customer complaints, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operations: Oversee store opening and closing procedures, manage cash handling and security, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identify trends, and provide insights to improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical skills.
