Digital Trust and Governance Expert

Your Mission

As a key member of the CAE team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing standards, processes, and controls to ensure the highest level of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance.

You will serve as a subject matter expert and spokesperson on cybersecurity and risk management, providing guidance and support to various business units and stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to CAE's cybersecurity posture.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, Corporate Security, and Internal Audit to ensure compliance with CAE's cybersecurity standards and guidelines.
  • Participate in compliance initiatives aligned with industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, and NIST.
  • Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies and standards.
  • Perform risk assessments on systems and applications to identify potential vulnerabilities.

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IT security, with a strong background in risk management and compliance.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required.
