Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team at Mary Brown's Chicken and Taters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and merchandising.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet budgetary goals.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and financial transactions to prevent discrepancies.
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong cash handling skills with a solid understanding of budgeting principles.
- Proficient in math skills for managing budgets and financial reports.
- Experience in recruiting and training staff effectively.
- Familiarity with market trends and retail strategies that drive sales growth.
