Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Workday HRIS Analyst to support the Workday HCM modules and ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR information and data analytics across all Canadian and US sites.

Main Tasks

  • Manage, configure, and optimize Workday to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring timely support and minimal disruption to users.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and external Workday consultants to implement and optimize solutions.
  • Provide accurate, consistent, and timely responses to Reporting, Analytics, and HR Systems inquiries, requiring research and analysis.
  • Stay informed on Workday system updates/releases, assessing their impact on the organization and supporting their deployment to production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in HRIS, specifically with Workday HCM.
  • Solid experience with HR Systems and Reporting is required.
  • Workday certification in one or more HCM modules is an asset.
  • Experience with Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) is required.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Understanding of system-driven workflows and business processes.
