We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Display Specialist to join our team at Bimbo QSR. As a key member of our Field Sales Support team, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of our products in-store, ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Placement and Maintenance: Ensure that our products are properly stocked, faced, and rotated on store shelves and displays.
- Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing displays and point-of-purchase materials to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to the Territory Manager.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the Route Operator and Territory Manager to ensure seamless execution of tasks and timely resolution of issues.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance, frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Transportation: Responsible for own transportation to and from work locations.
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position, requiring flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late afternoons, weekends, and stat holidays. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
