Job Description
Presbyterian Senior Living seeks a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide strategic support to our communities, ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws. In this role, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, coordinate the onboarding process, and provide guidance on human resources policies and procedures. Additionally, you will oversee timekeeping and payroll processes, administer benefits programs, and maintain employee files and databases.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into our organization
• Provide guidance on human resources policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across all communities
• Oversee timekeeping and payroll processes at the community level, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Administer benefits programs at the community level, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Maintain employee files, databases, and information, adhering to regulatory requirements

Qualifications
1. Minimum two years experience in Human Resources required.
2. Prior experience in healthcare preferred.
3. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
4. Experience in a health care setting preferred.
5. Knowledge of state and federal employment laws required.
6. Talent Management and/or recruitment experience preferred.
7. Prior experience with computerized human resources information and payroll systems preferred.
8. Prior experience with benefits administration preferred.
