Lubrication Technician Job Description

KABAYAN AUTO REPAIR LTD is seeking a skilled Lubrication Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicles and equipment by performing routine lubrication tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lubrication and Fluid Maintenance: Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids, change engine oil, and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks, or heavy equipment.
  • Assist Mechanics: Provide on-site services, assist mechanics, and perform other duties as directed.
  • Fluid Filter Replacement: Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment.
  • Greasing and Maintenance: Grease booms, pulleys, buckets, and other components of heavy equipment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate and thorough lubrication and maintenance tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
