Key Responsibilities:
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  • Menu Presentation: Present menus to customers, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Order Taking: Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Wine Knowledge: Perform sensory evaluation of wines and advise customers on wine selections.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with urban area location.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Hours of Work: 35-40 hours per week.
