Customer Success Manager Position for Business Growth

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a CSM, you will be responsible for strengthening relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell opportunities, and facilitating onboarding processes. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer success and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with existing customers, focusing on retention, engagement, and expansion opportunities.
- Upsell Strategies: Identify and execute upsell strategies to increase account value and drive revenue growth.
- Onboarding Process: Facilitate the onboarding of new customers, ensuring they are set up for success with our product.
- Product Expertise: Obtain an expert-level understanding of our products and stay updated on new developments to provide optimal solutions to customers.
- Communication: Respond to customer inquiries using CRM best practices and track all interactions in Hubspot.
- Training and Support: Provide live and virtual training sessions to ensure adoption and proficiency in our products.
- Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience and product offerings.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of customer success, account management, and onboarding experience.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
- Long-term Relationships: Proven track record in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Negotiation and Sales: Strong negotiation, sales, and business development expertise.
- Sales Growth: Demonstrated success in growing accounts and increasing sales.
- Technical Onboarding: Expertise in onboarding clients onto technical products.
- Additional Language: Fluent in French or Spanish is a bonus.
