Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at HF Sinclair Corporation. As a key member of our planning and scheduling team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient execution of maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed maintenance plans, taking into account equipment reliability, safety, and environmental considerations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance work, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize advanced planning tools and techniques to optimize maintenance schedules, minimize downtime, and maximize equipment availability.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including operations teams, maintenance personnel, and management, to ensure seamless execution of maintenance plans.
- Continuously monitor and improve maintenance planning processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and implementing changes as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning or a related field, preferably in the refining or petrochemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning principles, practices, and tools, including SAP and P6 Primavera.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A trade certificate, diploma, or degree in a relevant technical field, such as mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
