Territory Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations at all store or site locations within the designated area or territory.

1. To ensure that all stores or sites within the designated area or territory operate efficiently and effectively
2. To maintain high-quality standards and customer satisfaction
3. To develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and profits per store and customer banner

• Lead and manage teams of partners and cleaners
• Coordinate and implement daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills
• Manage costs and budget effectively

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities management or related field
• Proven track record of leadership and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
