About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food and beverages to our guests.
• Work collaboratively with our culinary team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance the dining experience for our guests.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a cook position or equivalent culinary experience.
• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent education.
• Foodsafe Certificate.
• Experience with various knife-cutting techniques and knowledge of food safety preparation.
• Ability to lift items weighted similar to a crate of potatoes and stand for long periods of time.
