Job Title: Airport Traffic Controller

At Paladin Security, we are seeking a highly skilled Airport Traffic Controller to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians on the airport's terminal curbs and roadway surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control vehicular traffic on the groundside area of the airport
  • Ensure the safe separation of vehicles and pedestrians by controlling crosswalks and lane separations
  • Enforce the 'Traffic on Land Side of Airports Regulations' and issue Parking Infraction Notices as necessary
  • Anticipate and address areas of vehicular or pedestrian congestion
  • Respond to Charter Bus call-up requests and assist passengers with boost requests
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
