We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Santa Fe Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas to meet the demands of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including pizzas, to meet the standards of our restaurant.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced and physically demanding conditions.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
