Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Room Attendant to join our team at Whiteriver Motel. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, wash windows, walls and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Work Environment

As a Room Attendant at Whiteriver Motel, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
