The Contractor Consultants is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Supervisor to join our team in Whistler. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading our maintenance team and ensuring that all properties are maintained to the highest standard.

About The Job

This is a full-time position, approximately 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with seasonal work running from early April to the end of October. You will be based in Whistler, BC, with occasional work in Squamish and Pemberton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our maintenance team to care for residential or commercial properties in Whistler.
  • Supervise and coordinate tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, weeding, blowing, and bed maintenance.
  • Ensure the quality of work, avoiding rework or return visits.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to identify and implement property improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
  • At least two seasons of experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
  • Proven experience managing people and small teams effectively.
  • A valid Class 5 driver's license in good standing with experience towing trailers.
  • Physical ability to handle tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Horticultural experience or diploma (knowledge of local trees and plants is a plus).
