Job Title: Plumbing Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team at Graves Electrical & Mechanical Limited. As a key member of our plumbing team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in various commercial and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems
• Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors
• Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings
• Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment
• Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
• Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
• Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size

Requirements:

• Plumber Trade Certification
• Driver's License (Class 3 or D)
• Plumber Red Seal Certificate
• Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate

Work Environment: Our team works in various locations, including commercial, industrial, and residential settings. You will be required to work in confined spaces, wet/damp environments, and handle heavy loads.
