Bayshore Home Care Solutions, Niagara Branch is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an RPN, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients in the Niagara community.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate RPN to provide high-quality nursing care to our clients in a community setting. This is a casual overnight shift position, requiring travel throughout the Niagara Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic nursing care to clients in their homes, focusing on palliative, pediatric, wound care, and health teaching.
  • Work independently, utilizing a wide range of clinical skills, including intravenous therapy and health teaching towards chronic disease prevention.
  • Teach and delegate tasks and functions to various levels of staff and client family members.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements
  • Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Current CPR certification required
