**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation & Controls Technician to join our team at Fraser Health in Metro Vancouver.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building electronic circuits, testing and troubleshooting computerized hardware, and maintaining complex control systems for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions to issues and problems by reviewing work requests and consulting with user departments.
  • Test, identify faults, calibrate, and repair computerized hardware, solid state logic boards, and related equipment of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system.
  • Maintain systems to ensure optimal performance and provide technical support to staff to resolve problems with electronic systems.

**Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized program in electronic technology plus five (5) years recent field experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Industry and vendor equipment certifications as required.
