About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal to join our Health Sciences team at Ramboll. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and driving business development and projects focused on Risk Assessment and Community Health.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage projects, clients, and regulatory agency relations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement solutions to complex problems
  • Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines and business units
  • Mentor and develop staff to achieve their full potential
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong track record of success in scientific consulting. You will have a deep understanding of risk assessment and toxicology, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key qualifications include:

  • 15+ years of experience in scientific consulting
  • Academic degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, Environmental Sciences, or related discipline
  • Credentialed with the Society of Contaminated Sites Approved Professionals (CSAP)
  • Registered as a Qualified Environmental Professional in a relevant area
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with external clients
