We are seeking skilled tradespeople to join our team at School District #39 (Vancouver). As a tradesperson, you will play a vital role in maintaining our schools and ensuring a safe and healthy learning environment for our students.

Job Summary:

We are hiring for various trades positions, including Carpenters, Electricians, Sheet Metal Workers, Painters, and Plumbers & Steamfitters. If you have the necessary qualifications and experience, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform skilled trades work, including carpentry, electrical, sheet metal, painting, and plumbing.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks and projects.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople and school staff to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
  • Current membership with the local trades union.
  • Proof of trades qualification (journeyperson or apprentice certificate).
  • Full-time availability.
