The Merchandiser/Store Associate (Part-time) is responsible for maintaining the Hallmark Canada product displays in retail stores. This role involves supporting the store manager, inventory management, and merchandising activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and installing products in-store, following the merchandising plan and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the store manager and merchandising team in maintaining the product displays and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Receive and install products in-store, following the merchandising plan and schedule.
- Collaborate with the store manager to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the store manager to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
