Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
You will also estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
Additionally, you will maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You should have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
