Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Operations Coordinator to join our team at Everfresh Processing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to support business decision-making.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies to ensure a high level of performance and compliance.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and meet business objectives.
  • Procurement and Inventory: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support business operations.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
