Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.

  • Co-ordination and Communication: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, ensuring that we are working together effectively to achieve our objectives.

Requirements:

  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
