Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Services Team Member to join our team at Wing'N It. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing food and beverage orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods as needed

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience an asset, but not required
  • Permanent employment opportunity
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
