Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Construction Helper to join our team at EZEE DECK & RAIL LTD. The successful candidate will assist in various construction tasks, including loading and transporting materials, erecting scaffolding, and assisting in framing houses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from work sites
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to work at heights and in noisy, dusty conditions
  • Willingness to relocate and work in various locations
  • Reliability and flexibility
  • Team player with good communication skills
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying weather conditions. The ability to work outdoors and at heights is essential.
