Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Pinnacle International Hotels & Resort Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and making beds;
  • Restock linens, towels, and amenities as needed;
  • Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and mops;
  • Report any damage or maintenance issues to the management team;
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to achieve departmental goals;
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field an asset;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
