Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our mortgage division and ensuring that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 20-40 employees
  • Work closely with sales representatives, purchasing agents, and warehouse staff
  • Develop and implement production management, inventory management, and distribution strategies
  • Ensure compliance with lean manufacturing principles and ISO quality management systems
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
