Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at NAPA Auto Parts. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our store team to achieve sales growth, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service and Sales Growth
- Work closely with the store team, sales representative, and regional management team to provide excellent customer service and support sales growth.
- Culture and Team Management
- Promote a culture of respect, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Recruit, train, and motivate your team members to ensure their health and well-being.
- Financial Management
- Manage the store budget and take necessary steps to continuously improve financial results.
- Operational Compliance
- Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of management experience in retail/wholesale, including operations, customer service, people management, and health and safety.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
