Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at NAPA Auto Parts. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our store team to achieve sales growth, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service and Sales Growth
    • Work closely with the store team, sales representative, and regional management team to provide excellent customer service and support sales growth.
  • Culture and Team Management
    • Promote a culture of respect, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork.
    • Recruit, train, and motivate your team members to ensure their health and well-being.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the store budget and take necessary steps to continuously improve financial results.
  • Operational Compliance
    • Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of management experience in retail/wholesale, including operations, customer service, people management, and health and safety.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
